Came across this feature the other day when my machine was running really slow and somehow after moving the mouse around my address book contents appeared in Numbers!
That started me thinking, lets try and find out what happened and how I can use it.
1 -> Open Numbers and select blank template
2 -> Open Address Book, select some of your contacts and drag them to your numbers document
Notice that all your contacts been copied to the document
It doesn’t stop here, if you look at the columns on the above image you can see that there are loads of columns hidden. It only shows you the main columns (Name, phone and email)
3 -> Select Table, control click it and select unhide all columns
This will allow you to see all the fields included in the Address Book Database.
With some clever formulas this can be very useful
