As another JNUC disappears into our past, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on my experience this year.
I’d like to say a massive thanks to JAMF Software, first off for adding me to the JAMF Nation Dean’s list, and secondly for letting me present this year. The whole experience was a blast and I can’t wait to come back! There were a few specific people who have helped me and so a special thanks goes out to them (Rob for letting me present, Gib for hosting my session and allowing my very late slide deck submissions through, Gerard for pushing me to present in the first place, and a bunch of others).
If anyone missed my presentation, it was about getting started with the Casper Suite and some of the recommendations that will make your life as a Mac admin easier when you are getting things set up. Thanks again to JAMF for the recap of the session: http://www.jamfsoftware.com/blog/smooth-sailing-when-planning-for-the-casper-suite/
After 15 years in the Apple IT industry, I still came away from the conference with a huge amount of new tools and techniques to try out, both from the sessions and from discussions with fellow Apple Admins.
