So here is a quick tip with the space bar on iOS, mainly for iPad but does work for iPhone.
The number of spaces you get when you hot the space key is dependant on how many fingers you use. So if you hit the space key with 3 fingers, you will get 3 spaces.
Quite useful if you want to pad out some text with spaces.
