I’m not a MSN user but one of my delegates asked me if there is an app for all his messaging needs. I have never seen one that works with iMessage so I went on a hunt and came across a couple of instruction one for MSN and the other for Facebook!
How to setup MSN on iMessage
In order to get MSN working on iMessage you need to install a plugin from Cocoon.
Once you have done that, now:
- Open iMessage
- Open Preferences (cmd ,)
- Go to Accounts and add account (+)
- Select MSN and enter your details
How to setup Facebook on iMessage
This one is even easier, Facebook uses Jabber so just select Jabber from the account type and enter your details, i.e. amsys@chat.facebook.com
