In one of our Mac Support Courses last week one of the delegates asked me about Mac OSX Keyboard shortcuts.
Keyboard shortcuts are great for saving time and Apple is very clear on all the default shortcuts, they are displayed in front of the command menu.
You’re not limited to just the shortcuts put in by Apple and developers, if there’s a particular menu option you use all the time that doesn’t have a shortcut, you can create it yourself In System Preferences > Keyboard > Application Shortcuts.
By click the + button you can add a new shortcut. From the pop list menu choose which app you want, select a Menu name and lastly, choose a unique key combination to invoke the command, then click Add.
