Benefits of having an Amsys BusinessFirst account

BusinessFirst is our free hardware support service designed exclusively for businesses. If you want repair arrangements in place in case anything goes wrong with your hardware, BusinessFirst offers you priority repairs, collection and drop off services and a dedicated account manager. Seven or eight businesses a day sign up for BusinessFirst.

Pre-agreed service agreement
You need to know what a repair or upgrade is going to cost and how long it’s going to take. At Amsys, our break/fix service agreement spells out exactly how and what we’ll do giving you peace of mind that you’ve got it covered.
Dedicated account manager
There’s a lot more to Amsys than repairs. Your account manager is available to help you make the most of your Apple fleet. Our technicians are deployed all over Europe helping companies improve their performance through better IT.
30-days interest free credit for businesses
No fiddling around with credit cards. As a business customer, you’ll be able to order repairs on 30 days credit. Please note that credit accounts are subject to status and may require further checks. Contact us to discuss your options.
