Apple Announces Media Event – March 7th

Woohoo! Apple have announced that their upcoming iPad event will take place in March, specifically at 10 AM PST on March 7th in San Francisco. The event was announced with the tagline “We have something you really have to see. And touch.”
Although details surrounding the device remain unclear, the next iPad is widely expected to feature a faster processor, improved graphics, and a high-resolution Retina display.
Speculation is rife as to the specifics of the new device, with claims of it being thicker, having no home button, and carrying retina display. There are also claims that a new Apple TV will be available almost immediately on its release.
Of course, events will be followed closely by those near and far, with many already working out how they are going to get their hands on this new device, which will likely see a turn in the second-hand iPad 2 market.
