Follow these steps before you bring your device in to us. if your device won’t turn on or respond, finish as many steps as possible:
- Back up your iOS device.
- Have your Apple ID password ready. For some repairs, you’ll need your Apple ID password to erase your device and turn off Find My iPhone.
- Bring your sales receipt (if possible), in case your service requires proof of purchase.
- Bring your device and any accessories that you need help with.
- Bring a form of personal identification, like a driver’s license, passport, or other government-issued ID
What happens during my repair?
iPhone Received
Once your iPhone has been received our Apple trained technicians will diagnose your iPhone to find our what exactly is wrong with it.
Parts Ordered
We’ll select your required part from stock. If that’s not available parts are ordered from Apple and arrive in store by 9am the following morning.
Parts Fitted
Parts are fitted by our expert technicians as soon as they are available – if that’s from stock we’ll complete most repairs within the hour.
Post Repair
All iPhones must pass Apple’s rigorous post repair tests and are calibrated using Apple’s dedicated software. A clean and a polish and it’s back to you!

Under certain circumstances we’ll send your device to Apple for further tests. We’ll discuss that fully with you.
